Return Process

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original box with all manuals, cables, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition and serial numbers of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
